Listed below are current plans submitted to the Township for Land Development and/or Subdivision review. Essentially any activity involving the development of land with the exception of Single-Family Homes qualifies as a Land Development or Subdivision of Land and therefore must be reviewed by the Township Planning Commission which will then recommend action on the plan to Council. The Township Council makes the final decision on all Land Development and Subdivision Plans.
