C-NET BOARD: C-NET's mission is to maintain and operate, on a not-for-profit basis, a government and educational access network to inform the public on subjects useful and beneficial to the community via cable television channels and internet communications, and to do all acts incidental to the operation and development of these services. College Township appoints one representative to serve on the C-NET Board for a five-year term. Board meetings are held four (4) times per year at 7:00 PM.

COLLEGE TOWNSHIP INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CTIDA): The CTIDA enables loans to commercial and industrial College Township and regional businesses by working in conjunction with local and regional banks wishing to make business loans that may promote employment and income in the community.  There are nine (9) Board members, holding five-year terms, and all must reside in College Township. The Board meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 9:30 AM. Committees meet at various times throughout the month.  CT is currently filling two (2) vacant seats on the CTIDA.

Parks and Recreation Committee: The Parks and Recreation Committee provides advice to Council and Staff regarding Township and regional parks and recreation matters. In addition, the Committee annually updates and publishes the Five-Year Plan. This nine (9) member Committee typically holds eight regularly scheduled meetings on the second Monday of the month at 7:00 PM.

University Area Joint Authority: The University Area Joint Authority (UAJA) is the municipal authority providing Wastewater Treatment, or Water Recycling services, to much of State College and the Centre Region.
