Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

College Township is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering Intern(s) to assist the Public Works and Engineering Departments:
GIS Intern
Engineering Intern

This paid internship offers hands-on experience supporting municipal engineering operations and provides a valuable opportunity to apply classroom learning in a real-world public sector setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Township Engineer, Assistant Engineer, and Public Works Director, interns will assist with a variety of engineering-related tasks, including but not limited to:
Gathering and analyzing data
Surveying and construction stake-out
Completing basic construction calculations
Assisting with construction inspections
Supporting independent studies and project management activities
Performing other related engineering tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Junior or Senior standing in Civil Engineering preferred
Students in related fields are encouraged to apply
Interest in municipal engineering, public works, or infrastructure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and communication skills
