Spring Creek Park Master Planning
Currently, College Township is in the process of developing a Master Plan for Spring Creek Park. College Township has hired the consulting team of JMT (Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc.) and Toole Recreation Planning. The Consultant Team made a presentation to College Township Council on March 17, 2022. That discussion, along with the preceding activities, helped to shape the Final Draft Master Plan.

Spring Creek Park  - DRAFT Final Master Plan: 
On October 31, 2022, the consulting team issued a revised version of the Draft Final Spring Creek Master Site Plan. This document is broken into five (5) sections outlining the Current Park Scenario, Recommendations, Implementation and Cost Analysis, Operations and Management and Supporting Appendices.
