Snow Emergency Declared for College Township
Based on the weather forecast, College Township has declared a snow emergency effective Thursday, November 15, 2018 starting at 8:00AM.
- During a snow emergency, street parking is not permitted. All parked vehicles must be removed from public streets so that College Township Public Works crews can safely and effectively clear the roadways.
- Parking on the streets is not permitted until 48 hours after the snow and/or ice storm has ended and the streets have been cleared of all snow and ice to the edge of the pavement or to the curbs.
- All sidewalks must be cleared of all snow and ice within 24 hours after the storm has ended.
- Shoveling, blowing or plowing snow onto the streets at any time is a violation.
