In light of Governor Wolf’s 2:00 PM announcement on Monday, March 16, 2020, all non-essential businesses throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are to be closed for 14 days.
According to the PA Dept. of Community and Economic Development (DCED):
Non-essential businesses include community and recreation centers; gyms, including yoga, barre and spin facilities; hair salons, nail salons and spas; casinos; concert venues; theaters; bars; sporting event venues and golf courses; retail facilities, including shopping malls and except for pharmacy or other health care facilities within retail operations. Restaurants are urged only to remain open for carry-out and delivery orders.
This order does not impact the continued operations of grocery stores, pharmacies gas stations and municipal services which shall remain open.
After discussion with Council Chair, Anthony Fragola, the following decisions have been made:

2. All Township facilities will be inaccessible to walk-in traffic (the exterior doors to Township buildings will be locked). Business is to be transacted through the use of the Township “drop box” OR, only as necessary, will a Township employee render assistance in the elevator lobby of the main floor of the municipal building at 1481 E. College Avenue. (There should be NO walk-in traffic allowed at the Public Works Facility.)
3. All public meetings for the next two weeks, i.e. Planning Commission on 3/17/20 and Council on 3/19/20, are hereby cancelled.
