OWNER'S SIGNATURE BLOCK AND DEED REQUIREMENTS FOR REPLOT AND LOT CONSOLIDATIONS
Owner’s Signature Block/Deeds for Re-Plot and Lot Consolidations
Due to a request from the Centre County Recorder of Deeds, Assessment and Planning Offices, College Township is revising their “typical” owner’s signature block on Subdivision, Land Development and Minor Plans to include a typed or printed name of the owner as well as providing the title of authority for that owner.
In addition, Mark Holdren, CRPA Planner, will look into having Centre Region municipalities revise their ordinances to require that deeds be provided for re-plots and lot consolidations in order to get those properties transferred for tax purposes.new
